Colleen is very in tune with the market and really knows her stuff. We sold one of our rentals and I just put my faith in her all the way. We began showing it on May 5th and closed May 24. She is very hands on and took care of us all the way through getting the tenant out, she went above and beyond, checking on the progress of the tenants as they tried to stretch out their leaving until the last possible moment, even offering them boxes if they needed some. . We accepted her suggestions and expertise in how to go about getting it on the market the quickest way and how to get the most out of it, and doing what was needed to sell being that it was a total fixer-upper. Suggested a clean up service to come in and at least clean it up a bit and we are sure that was the right direction to go to get it sold quickly. Colleen has an arsenal of trades handy to complete what needs to be done so we didn’t have to do anything with that and also made sure we got the utilities turned off at the proper time. This guys was great, we had met Adam, almost a year prior when my husband and I were in the beginning stages of looking for a Home. I highly recommend Crystal Higareda as an exceptional real estate agent. I was looking for a turnkey vacation home on the water in Silver Lakes/Helendale, CA. As this would be a second home, I had many specifics for the home. We worked for several months reviewing the properties online that met the criteria. A new potential home would only be listed one or twice a month. Silver Lakes is 60 miles from my primary home so impromptu meetings were not possible. Over the course of months, we refined the search parameters and finally had several potential homes. I visited Silver Lakes to see in person the homes and the amenities offered by the Silver Lakes Association. Unfortunately, it was her birthday that day and she was on vacation, but she had one of her associates fill in for her. She kept in constant contact with her associate that day.
